This makes it easier for users to start doing roll-in and roll-out. And it will protect your arms and wrists very well. Besides, we offer two different options. One is with armrest. The other is normal dual bar design.

The 4 wheel ab roller is mainly designed for core muscle workout. We offer a free knee mat for each ab wheel. There are various exercise methods that will train your core, chest, waist, arms, shoulders, back and legs. Four wheel design is stable and avoids deviation that might cause injury.
