Fascia Gun Troubleshooting
With the popularization of massage gun among common families, it's important for users to know how to solve some simple commonly seen faults.
Can not boot
1） If the temperature is too high, the fascia gun is used in an environment above 40 degrees Celsius. The fascia gun may be punished for overheating protection, and the host will not be able to boot normally. Solution: Stand still for 2 hours in an environment below 40 degrees Celsius, and then turn it on for use.
2）The battery power is "0". When the battery is dead, if the user does not charge for a long time, the battery will have low power protection, which is collectively referred to as over-discharge protection. If the power is turned on again at this time, the fascia gun will not work normally.
Solution: keep the power off, connect the charger to let the fascia gun enter the charging mode, and then turn on the fascia gun after it is fully charged, and it can work normally. 3. The fascia gun cannot be turned on. Solution: Check whether the power is sufficient. If it has not been used for a long time, please charge it for more than 5 hours.
2. Cannot charge
1）The temperature of the fascia gun is too high. When the temperature of the fascia gun body is too high, it will not be able to charge when it is connected to the charger.
Solution: keep it still for 2 hours in an environment below 40 degrees Celsius, and then perform the charging operation.
2）The temperature of the charger is too high. If the fascia gun is charged in an environment above 40 degrees Celsius, the charger will trigger overheat protection and cannot be charged normally.
Solution: keep it still for 2 hours in an environment below 40 degrees Celsius, and then perform the charging operation.
3. The fascia gun cannot be charged Solution: Check whether the charging port is inserted in place.
Even though it's easier for users to know the ways of common troubleshooting, it's better for you to do some things in order to reduce the occurrance of fault. That is, regular and correct maintenance.
Maintenance of hot and cold fascia gun
Clean the device with a slightly damp towel, and then dry it with a dry soft cloth;
2. If the device is not used for a long time, please store it in the box;
3. When the device is not in use for a long time, The battery should be charged once a month;
4. The equipment should be stored in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas space, 250MM off the ground to prevent moisture.
