Ab wheel roller is a more and more popular home fitness equipment among common families. It seems to be very easy to do exercises with this device. However, there are many different training methods that we shall know before starting without knowing anything. So, how shall beginners do exercises on folding smart ab wheel?

 

1. Put your knees on the kneeling pad, grab the handle of the belly wheel, push the belly wheel, extend the body forward to the maximum extent, and then return to the original position, repeat the operation.

2. Sit on a chair, put both feet on the handle of the abdominal wheel, push the abdominal wheel with your feet, extend it forward, and then return to the original position, repeat the operation.

3. Sit on the ground, open your feet into a V shape, grab the handle of the abdominal wheel, extend your body forward or left and right to the maximum, and then return to the original position, repeat the operation.

4. Sit on the ground, put the abdominal wheel on the back, grab the handle of the abdominal wheel with both hands and push the abdominal wheel to extend the body back to the maximum, then return to the original position, and repeat the operation.

5. Facing the wall, lift the abdominal wheel and push it towards the wall, extend it upwards, and then return to the original position, repeat the operation.
