The hydraulic rowing machine is divided into the starting position (also called the preparatory position), the pulling period, the ending position, and the returning period.

1. Starting position: Arms straight, body leaning forward to 11 o'clock position, neck and shoulders relaxed, head neutral, shinbone perpendicular to the ground;
2. Pulling stage: kick the legs first, then lean back with the crotch as the fulcrum, and pull the handle in a straight line to the lower edge of the rib cage;
3. Ending position: refers to straight legs (note, do not bend slightly, do not fully straighten, lock the knee joints), elbows bent, forearms and wrists as horizontal as possible, the body leaned back to the 1 o'clock position. Neck and shoulders relaxed, head neutral;
4. Back to the paddle stage: straighten the arms, lean forward with the stride as the fulcrum, bend the legs back and slide to the starting position when the handle is close to the knee joint.
