1. Different size

Pad treadmills are small in size and light in weight. Pad treadmills usually reduce all components such as columns and handrails, leaving only running board, which is much smaller than traditional treadmills.

Traditional treadmills are bulky and take up space. Traditional treadmills are larger in size and irregular in shape, and take up more space after folding.

2. Different stability

The pad treadmill cancels the column, handrail and overhead instrument panel, not only the stability is poor, but also the control method is quite different from the traditional treadmill.

The traditional treadmill has a reasonable structure and solid materials. The column, handrail and safety switch of the traditional treadmill are complete, and the materials are more solid, so it is more stable and safe to use.

3. Different performance

Pad treadmill performance is average. The maximum speed of most pad treadmills is only 6-8km per hour, and they do not support incline adjustment. They can only perform brisk walking or jogging of ordinary intensity.

The performance of traditional treadmills is more powerful. Even entry-level products often have good performance, with a top speed of easily 14km/h and an incline adjustment function that can meet the daily exercise of most runners.
