This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of fitness horizontal bars on doors. 3. Requirements
3.1 General requirements
Products shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
3.2 Appearance requirements
3.2.1 The product should be straight and should not be significantly bent.
3.2.2 The metal surface of the product should be smooth and clean, free from dirt, rust, dents, protrusions, cracks, sharp corners and burrs that could harm the human body.
3.2.3 The surface of the product coating should be bright and uniform in color, and should not have defects such as peeling, bubbles, exposed bottom, cracks and scorch.
3.2.4 The joints between the telescopic tubes on the left and right sides of the product and the anti-skid cover should be fully welded (applicable to 1.0mm wall thickness; 1.5mm wall thickness steel pipe should be welded at three points), and the exposed welds should be polished, and there should be no leakage welding or welding penetration. , cracks and slag inclusions and other defects.
3.2.5 The plastic parts of the product should have no melting edges, broken edges, shrink marks, no burning powder, bubbles and inclusions, and no obvious gate flash.
3.2.6 The foam handle of the product should be clean and free of stains, damage, breakage, missing corners, etc., with uniform color and good hand feel.
3.2.7 The product pads should be uniform in color and smooth in surface, and should not have impurities, cracks, nicks, scars and other defects that affect the performance.
3.3 Structural Requirements
3.3.1 The product should be complete, and no missing or damaged parts are allowed.
3.3.2 The components of the product should be connected reliably, the assembly should be firm without loosening, and the fasteners should be free from tripping, splitting, breaking and skewing.
3.3.3 The combination between the foam handle and the steel pipe, the anti-skid cover and the steel pipe should be firm, without loosening or falling off.
3.3.4 The steel pipes on the left and right sides of the product should be flexibly rotated and stretched without sticking.
3.4 Specification deviation requirements
3.4.1 The length (installation distance) of the product, the outer diameter of the middle tube, the outer diameter of the left and right telescopic tubes and the outer diameter of the anti-skid cover can be determined according to the user's requirements. The limit deviation is ±1% or ±0.5mm, whichever is greater.
3.4.2 The thickness of the middle tube and the left and right telescopic tubes of the product can be determined according to the user's requirements, and the deviation is the nominal value of the product +15% -10% or ±0.15mm, whichever is greater.
3.4.3 The product quality deviation should be within ±10% of the nominal value.
