This doorway chin up bar no screws is an upgraded version of pull up bar without screws and with locking system. It will protect user's door frame as it doesn't need screws for installation. Locking mechanism avoid the bar from getting loose when user is doing pull-ups. The grips are made of sticky material. It's easy to replace with new ones.
