You can do many different exercises on this pull up bar including pull-ups, chin-ups, hanging leg raises, sit-ups and crunches. Electrode-plating finishing is anti-rusty and nice looking. High density foam is durable and comfortable to grip.
Instead of black rubber pad, we adopt environment friendly silicon pad that has stronger friction force without odor.
