The protable pull up bar doorway is made of 2.0mm heavy duty carbon steel tubes. Therefore its stability and durability can reach max value. The two steel poles prevent the bar from getting loose or slipping.
It's easy to assemble by tightening some screws tightly. When you start doing exercise, just hang the bar on your door frame without drilling any screws. We adopt soft and tear-resistant rubber pad on two ends. So it will protect your door well frame from being damged. For this model, we add a hanging hook in the mid part of horizontal bar. This allows you to train your arms, legs and back.
