Q1: What is your delivery time if we place an order?

A: We will deliver in 7 days for sample order and 45~60 days after receiving deposit and confirming packing details for bulk order. It actually depends on your order quantity.

Q2: Do you support any guarantee policy?

A: Yes. Our guarantee period for main frame is life time and one year for quick-wear parts.

If you need replace worn parts, please send us old ones and we will offer you new parts once receiving old ones. We will pay for express cost on each side's.

Q4: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We accept full payment in advance for sample order.

    For bulk order, we accept TT payment, 30% deposit, balance paid off before loading.
