The new generation of aerobic waist twisting disc breaks the limit of basic traditional twister disc. It's noise free and more flexible for various exercises such as dance, aerobic, planks, squats, lunges, push-ups etc. You can not only stand still on the board and twist your waist but also use the aerobic waist twisting disc to do full body workout. The design of two separate disc allows you to stand with feet together or separately.

The anti-skid discs has eight built-in magnets that can massage your feet. Double bearing design makes it smooth and quiet to twist on the disc. The product is made of top quality ABS and Titanium that is very solid and durable. There are four anti-slip pad on the bottom to make sure of user's safety.
