The pull up bar home gym is an ideal upper body exercise equipment with three grip positions: narrow, neutral and wide. The heavy-duty steel construction allows a max user weight up to 300LBS. It uses leverage to hold against the doorway so there are no screws and no damage to the door.
The tubes can be painted in any color you like. The popular colors are silver and black. Foam color is also customized. To meet demands on different market, we have plastic and steel material for the short horizontal bar.
Each grip aims at exercising different muscle group. Narrow grip is for triceps femoris. Wide grip is mainly to exercise the lateral border of pectoralis major. If you place the door way pull up bar on the ground, you can do push ups or exercise your back. If you place it on the flooring between door frame, you can do sit ups on it.
